"Cherry Bomb": Medium Heat with Cherry Bomb pepper, sweet black cherries, onions, garlic. 

Jerk Marinade:  Hot to X-Hot Heat with scotch bonnet peppers, shallots, garlic, soy sauce (GF), brown sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, thyme, black pepper, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime juice.
